Bookings

All bookings are confirmed in writing following agreement of journey details and availability.

Pricing & Payment

Journeys are priced in advance based on the information provided at the time of booking.

Any additional costs, including parking, tolls and extended waiting time, will be charged where applicable.

Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking. For new clients and one-off journeys, payment may be required in advance.

Waiting Time

A reasonable waiting period is included.

For standard collections, waiting time beyond 15 minutes from the agreed collection time may be chargeable.

For airport collections, arrival times are monitored and up to 60 minutes waiting time is included from the point of landing.
Additional waiting time may be charged thereafter.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled collection time will not incur a charge.

Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in a partial or full charge.

Where a journey is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled collection time, or after dispatch, the full fare may apply.

Delays

Every effort is made to ensure timely arrival.

No liability can be accepted for delays caused by factors outside of reasonable control, including traffic conditions, road closures, or adverse weather conditions such as ice or snow.

Vehicle & Service

Journeys are typically carried out in a Mercedes-Benz V-Class or similar vehicle of equivalent standard.

Where necessary, a suitable alternative vehicle or driver may be provided.
In all cases, the same standard of service will be maintained.

Client Conduct

Please note the following:

Smoking and vaping are not permitted.

Any damage to the vehicle may result in a charge.

Luggage

Luggage requirements should be advised at the time of booking.

Responsibility remains with the client to ensure suitability for the vehicle provided.

Liability

In the event of any issue, liability is limited to the value of the booked journey.

No responsibility is accepted for any indirect or consequential loss.
